Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

To provide a clear expectation for our customers, the total delivery time is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

• Processing Time: 1–2 Weeks
  This is the time required for our professional artist to hand-paint your artwork. Each piece is uniquely created for your order. For Google Merchant Center, this corresponds to the "handling time." You can set the minimum handling time to 7 days and the maximum to 14 days.

• Shipping Time: 5–7 Business Days
  Once the artwork is complete and packaged, it will be shipped. This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our studio to your address. For Google Merchant Center, this is the "transit time." You can set the minimum transit time to 5 days and the maximum to 7 days.

Therefore, you can expect to receive your artwork approximately 2 to 3 weeks after placing your order.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price for the item. There are no additional shipping or handling fees from our end.

How are the artworks packaged?

We take great care in packaging your art to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• Rolled Paintings: Carefully rolled and packed in a heavy-duty tube for protection.

• Stretched or Framed Paintings: Boxed securely with appropriate protective materials, such as cardboard or wooden crates, to ensure safety during transit.

Who handles the delivery?

We partner with major international couriers, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS, to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The choice of courier depends on your location and the size of the artwork.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship globally to any location serviced by our delivery partners. If you are in a remote area and have concerns about delivery, please contact us, and we will work to find a shipping solution for you.

Is the shipment insured?

Yes, absolutely. Every artwork is fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no extra cost to you. You can shop with confidence knowing your purchase is protected until it arrives at your door.

Can I ship to a different address or as a gift?

Yes. We will deliver to the shipping address you provide at checkout. If the order is a gift or a surprise, please let us know in the order notes. We will coordinate with the recipient you have named to schedule the delivery.

International Taxes and Duties

Please be aware that when an order arrives in your country, it may be subject to local import taxes, duties, or other customs fees. These charges are levied by the destination country's government and are the customer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the purchase price. We will, however, provide any necessary documentation or support to assist with customs clearance.
