  • The artwork must be securely packed for its return journey. Using the original packaging is highly recommended. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use high-quality, professional packaging to prevent damage during transit.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

We take every precaution to package your art securely, but in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged artwork and the shipping box. This helps us resolve the issue with our courier.
