At Modern Textured, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please review the details of our return and exchange policy below:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a 30-day, no-risk money-back guarantee on your order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of your artwork's delivery date.

  • The artwork must be returned in the same condition it was received, ideally in its original packaging.

  • Artworks must be carefully prepared for return shipment using their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If the original packaging is damaged, please use professional packaging from a reputable courier company to prevent damage during return transit.

Damaged Items

We provide complimentary exchanges for items damaged during transportation. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us a message with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged artwo.

  3. We will handle all necessary communications with the courier companies and dispatch a replacement artwork within a few business days.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is initiated by the consumer (e.g., change of mind, not satisfied), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express courier company chosen by the consumer.

  • If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee. Modern Textured will cover these costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at info@moderntextured.com to initiate a return or exchange. Important notes:

  • You have 30 days from the receipt of the artwork to request a return, and an additional 14 days to complete the return shipment.

  • For artworks that arrived damaged, we require photos of the damage to understand the issue and for insurance purposes.

  • If the original packaging was insufficient or damaged, please package the artwork to the best of your ability and ensure you take pictures for insurance purposes.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • It will take up to 3 business days to process your refund.

  • For PayPal and Shop Pay account holders, the transaction typically appears on your account within 3 business days.

  • For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be fully processed and reflected on your statement.
